Small French Alabaster  table clock with swing pendulum. A  cherub is swinging back and forth. 8 day spring wound Paris type movement with patented escapement  composed of two anchor wheels and one steel pallet.

Enamel dial chapter ring with open centre part allowing to look through the skeleton front plate into the movement. Breguet type steel hands. Back plate marked: ECHAPPEMENT BREVETE ( patented escapement )  41  8397 and trade mark of manufacturer. An anchor on a shield under a star and FOT leftside and BTÉ rightside.

Measurements of the case -  height x width x depth: approx: 24 cm x 19,5 cm x 9,2  cm – weight of clock: 2,5 KG.

This clock was made approx. 1870/1880.
